This little girl is still awaiting the catch of the dog into her left hand, so her arm would be relatively quiet. You may be right that the shadows and/or blur need some work, but to answer your question, no, there shouldn't necessarily be motion blur on her arms at this point in the juggle. / went to petco today, large bunnies juggle the best, FYI iguanas are right out... / Ah I own a little Boston terrier. Poor doggies.
