If Escher had a camera I bet it would look like this / I hate butterflies but this is an excellent representation of Escher's pattern style. I'd hang it, Just wouldn't go in the room under the influence I liked this piece but that tree OMG. Pumpkin Escher pictures - / GREAT WORK, JUST MIGHT WANT TO RECROP THE VERY BOTTOM OF THE IMAGE IS SHOWING ORANGE AND A WHITE LINE ACROSS THE ENTIRE BOTTOM. A CROPPING SHOULD CURE IT. / A very nice interpretation. I think that you may have added just a bit too much noise to the pumpkin. To tie the pumpkin in a bit more with the original image, you may want to slightly darken the front lapels and part of the left shoulder to show some shadowing. / thank you c00per. The shadows are a nice touch. / Looks much better. High marks on this one. / This entry rocks, bidbug. Kudos on the bronze. / Congrats bud. one of my favorites by far.
Statue of Chess pictures - / the angel of the horse seems off..try skewing the horse so it fits a bit better...and take off the "statue of chess" bit, it makes it look silly / I agree with the above observations. The composition has a merit though. / I worked on the suggestions you guys made. I hope it looks better now. / There's a lot of dead air on the top. And you might even crop off the crowd on the bottom to cut out some noise, although they do add another focus of interest and a dash of colorline to attract the eye. / I agree with the dead air comment, but leave the people / Perspective of horse base still off - looks like he's falling towards us. Nice idea though.
