For smooth skin I use Mixa Bébé (doesn't sting the eyes) / Tim, I used Nik Color Efex Pro or you can use the median or smart blur filters too. / There is a little gadget called the blur tool, you can choose the opacity, that is an easy way to smooth out wrinkles etc. / This is a beauty blend.
