I would mask out the flying bird in the source image by the ducks beak as it now distracts from the new layout. The bandanna on the ducks head is a great laugh but is difficult to recognise at first. Make sure that you blend the edges of any cloned areas as I can see the bounding box edge of the sky portion used to hide the original character. Underwater funny pictures - A little water won't stop the Mardi Gras celebrations. / This Mississippi water is very muddy. Can you swim a bit closer, little missy. / good one. maybe a bit of current or something to show movement. Possibly adding some fish might have helped a bit as well.
