Original idea for a costume : -->), odd areas are sharp, others blurry for some reason though.

In fact the image is quite sharp. It is perhaps the dirty yellow cream colour of the hat which makes it seem less sharp. Thnak you for the comments though.

Well it looks blurry on my screen. Nothing to do with the colour, have you tried using the sharpen tool, under the blur tool on the left.
