Only after reading your comments, I realise i should have gotten rid of it. sorry
armor owl pictures - / Original idea for a costume : -->), odd areas are sharp, others blurry for some reason though. / In fact the image is quite sharp. It is perhaps the dirty yellow cream colour of the hat which makes it seem less sharp. Thnak you for the comments though. / Well it looks blurry on my screen. Nothing to do with the colour, have you tried using the sharpen tool, under the blur tool on the left.
