Eye Gouge Saved Shark Victim funny pictures - Eye Gouge Saved Shark Victim's Life / Mo The image appears to have a more liquid metal look to it than water but I guess that depends on what you were trying to achieve. / It's Moe Howard of the Three Stooges, the most famous eye gouger in history. It may be an American thing -- not sure if they were as famous around the world (it's also a "male" thing usually -- women don't appreciate them as much) / Nice composition. Not sure of the heavy use of the filter. / To be honest, I wasn't thinking this was an award winner -- just thought it was silly and liked the idea. I tried to make it look good, but I didn't go for the realistic look on this one at all. Thanks for the comments though -- I'm glad someone enjoyed it.

Bad day at the market funny pictures - My first entry and I'm learning Story / First time. Here are a couple of pointers: Upload a larger pic. I prefer about 700-1000 wide. This enables the viewer to get into the pic and actually see what you've done. Also, pics that are taller than they are wide show better in the small contest versions, since the width is standardized in all (so the taller pics are larger and more impressive). Concerning the content and news story of your entry here, I'm not sure what your point is, nor for that matter, what kind of photoshopping you've done (which, I suppose, could be considered a compliment). But then, I'm in no position to give advice on judging the kind of humor that will fly best around here. / ray, did you miss the Grim Reaper over her shoulder. Welcome new person / Welcome to the site , as ray says though bigger would be better & getting a good source pic is a great start, good luck in the comp. / Welcome to Freaking News.
