Nice composition. The water / sky background is a nice touch. You might want to make her head darker under the hat to add to the realism. Use the shadow under her neck as a guide in terms of how dark it should be.

thanks jester .i added more shadow. ive been playing around with smart objects and adding a gradient overlay for an even feel
