The composition is good. I suggest adding more blue to the lower water part, and getting rid of the white stripes across the water. Also what are the two light blue clowds in the bottom part of the picture.

The sun rays are perfect, but I would desaturate the turquoise light spots just a bit. Otherwise it's perfect. One of my favs..
