I like this, sorta like a Jerry Uelsmann with King or Kootz as a storyboard guide. One thing - there are noticeable straight line boundaries on the bottom, right side and the top of the second series of whatchamacallits - threatening tree trunk hands.. Also another less distinct horizontal line above that. Perhaps this was intentional, but I would have probably erased / blended them into the surroundings with a soft, lowered opacity brush.

Steve10: the straight line that you told was not intentional. In fact, my atention in this job was concentrated in give an effect in the hand-tree trying to take off the wooden man's legs (it was its nightmare). So it wasn't intentional, was a fault that I don't saw before upload.

Holy Smokes. - You got the gold and bronze placings and two other entries in the top half of entries - I'm very impressed. Both Talented and Prolific. This was my favorite entry.
