WikiLeaks UFO Files
Contest Directions: Julian Assange, the man behind WikiLeaks, stated that the upcoming round of "leaked cables" will include the UFO files that American government tried to keep so secret. Assange said this in a public interview last Friday which he gave through the website of The Guardian newspaper. In a strange coincidence, at about the same time on Friday NASA researchers revealed that they discovered a new microbe that thrives on arsenic, hinting at the possibility of the existence of an extraterrestrial life.
As WikiLeaks.org is about to publish classified files on extraterrestrial life, photoshop what UFO and alien (photo) evidence we may (or may not) find in them.

This contest is fueled by the following news: From the cables WikiLeaks published none of the revelations has crucial importance. A lot of this information has been said before as rumors and anonymous statements. However, diplomats working in countries mentioned in the documents would face many problems and it would complicate their aspirations to keep their intentions secret. The main implications due to information leaks are connected with the impact on the reputation of the United States of America. In other words, the issue is about the contradiction of what Americans say in the press conferences in front of the cameras and what actually happens behind closed doors. Among other things that are made public are the explicit characteristics, which the U.S. diplomats have given to the leaders of other countries. Wikileaks posted the secret order of Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, which directs the American diplomats to collect the personal information of diplomats from other countries. For example, American diplomats, per se, were forced to spy on UN Secretary-General & his team. On its web site Wikileaks claims that making the information public is justified since the U.S. is trying to hide evidence of serious human rights violations & other criminal behavior. After the posting of the documents, the website witnessed a cyber attack, which blocked the access to the website for several hours. Bradley Manning, U.S. intelligence analyst, was pointed at as probable source of the information leak. He was arrested & if the charges are proved, he could face long-term imprisonment. Publication (posting): * In 2006, a U.S. diplomat describes the wedding of local rich man in Dagestan, one of the guests on the guest list was Ramzan Kadyrov. The President of Chechen Republic gave 5 kg gold bullion to the newly-married couple. Drunken guests threw 100 dollar notes at the young dancers performing at the wedding and went on a scooter ride in the night on the Caspian Sea. Children picked up more than 5000 U.S. dollars from the rocks. * German Chancellor Angela Merkel & Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle are mentioned with condemnation. Merkel is said to lack the courage to develop a relationship with the U.S. and Westerwelle is characterized as a powerless minister, who does not have enough knowledge on issues pertaining to foreign policy & security. The most popular German politician, Minister of Defense, Karl-Theodor zu Guttenberg, criticized Westerwelle during a conversation with U.S. diplomats & even complains about him. * Recordings from the office of the US Foreign Ministry asks diplomats to pay attention to information about the UN officials, including the Internet password of Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon, credit card numbers & program numbers of permanent airline customers. Simultaneously, the diplomats were asked to get fingerprints of persons in whom the US has an interest, copies of their passports, DNA samples & descriptions of pupils. * The unusually close relationship of Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin is also mentioned. According to one of the letters, the head of the Italian government seems to be increasingly turning out to be Putin's European voice. Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton wants her ambassadors in Moscow and Rome to find out whether these are baseless rumors or in addition to friendship, Berlusconi and Putin have common commercial interests. Putin's government was undermined by uncontrolled bureaucracy, which often ignores his orders. * In general, the documents, to which reporters gained access, give the following picture: coalition forces lose the war in Afghanistan, armed forces kill hundreds of civilians and such information will not be made public, number of attacks by the Taliban is increasing and NATO fears that Pakistan & Iran are supporting the instability in the region. * In addition, according to these documents, the Taliban have gained access to missiles with infrared-homing provision that can be transported from one place to another and can be used for attacking aircraft.
