Obama is in the news a lot lately. Talks real purrty, and is already starting adverts for his presidential bid in 2008.
With all due respect for the guy, the only worse name for US presidential candidate would be Obama Saddama. It also rhymes with yomamma.
Yomamma for president? Sure, why not.
In this contest you are asked to photoshop Senator Barack Obama of Illinois any way you like, to let us know a bit more about the guy.
babaloo Apparently before he made a speech in New Hampshire, Maureen Dowd had written something about his big ears. Obama, after the speech, made a beeline for Maureen Dowd who was in the audience to tell her that he didn't appreciate her writing about his big ears. OBAMA : You talked about my ears, and I just want to put you on notice: I'm very sensitive about them ''I was teased relentlessly when I was a kid about my big ears.'" Maureen Dowd : "We're trying to toughen you up" Story

This contest is fueled by the following news: Although the election itself is nearly two years away, the race for the next President of the United States is now clearly underway. Hawaii is home to a grass roots movement designed to draft Senator Barack Obama of Illinois to run for the Presidency. Brian Schatz, a former Hawaiian state representative, spoke for the Hawaii steering committee of the Draft Obama movement. He said that the time had come for new leadership, new energy as well as new approaches. He stated that Obama represented the best choice for the nation and for the world. Hawaiians who want to see Obama run for President are asked to sign a petition at DraftObama.org. At the present time, there are approximately 40 states which do have a movement working to build support for Obama. If he happened to be elected President of the United States, Obama would be the first Hawaiian born President ever. He was born in Hawaii in August of 1961. He also went to school there.
