Quite a makeover. Grass does indeed look artificial, because of repetition of the same pattern. Path should show some perspective - eg, apply the texture to a new image, warp it with perspective so the top is smaller than the bottom, then cut your path out of that. Not sure I like your Minimum filter on trees, or the way their branches go behind the new building, they don't look credible.

nice arquitecture work , just grass look kind cloned and "street" look out of perspective.

needs some 'photorealism'; mirror the trees in the windows; fake some shadows on the borders, and the walkway could use some curving to the right, in perspective. Maybe a border of shrubbery at the base of the house would integrate it more into the scene.
