| | A music teacher has been sued by a teenage pianist. The student is claiming the woman confronted him on stage during a Carnegie Hall performance and actually slammed a piano keyboard cover down on his fingers. This violent act occurred following an argument over what piece he would perform at the event. 16 year old Bryan O'Lone of Vineland is also claiming that his teacher, Yalena Ivanov, publicly berated him during the course of the Young Pianist Competition of New Jersey. The youthful pianist further alleges that the teacher took $350 in prize money from him and barred him from taking part in a trip to an Italian music festival.
