The reflection in the water is so pretty. I maybe would have had the water level come higher up on the base of the pump to make it look more like it's in the water.

It is looking very natural. Depth of water is very perfect here. if suppose water come more higher, i think it may not look this much natural. Because if water goes over the bed of the pump, it is also need to go over road area. I feel according to the height of the water, reflection done pretty perfect.
