Thanks guys... Thx Jere- I use custom brushes with a Wacom tablet and a ton of layers. This piece has over 50 layers for just the splash/ water fx. Layers are set at different opacity and various blends along with adjustment layers, levels, curves, selective color etc. I also used the plastic wrap filter, but very little. Thx Coldplay- Sorry mate, no can do layered .psd files.
