This contest is fueled by the following news:

The National Archives has over 1,000 vintage photos, and relics on public display at the present time, including the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution. The Archives has dusted off a home movie starring a one year old George W. Bush seen toddling across a lawn in his rompers. The exhibit is being called Public Vaults and opened Friday in a mini-museum where the nation's founding documents are maintained.
