You mean "cleaner" right. The words should be within the splash (or whatever you call it). Everything you added does not look like it is actually on tv, you needed to add texture to make it look like a real commercial. Potentially good idea, but real lack of effort on this one.

Picture could do with more contrast. I have no idea who the guy is. As an image it needs tidying up. Probably have been better without the tv screen.
