The movie Van Helsing will kick of the summer movie season when it opens Friday in 3,574 theaters across the United States. No one is questioning that the movie, from Universal Studios, will dominate the weekend at the box office. Hugh Jackman stars in the flick as a fearless vampire hunter. The movie is directed by Stephen Sommers who directed The Mummy and The Mummy returns, both of which proved to be major box office draws when they were released.
