An American Indian trip that possesses land along the Grand Canyon is planning on building a glass bottomed walkway that will jut outward 70 feet from the canyon's edge. The horseshoe shaped walkway -- which should open in January -- is a part of the Hualapai Tribe's $40 million effort to turn upwards to 1,000 acres of reservation land into a tourist destination that will also feature an Indian village as well as a Western-themed town. |
