        • Nice pic. One minor critique: his arm doesn't have any texture or lighting effects (shadow) so it looks flat and drawn. I definately like the addition of the "Vindetta" emblems.

          Only technical suggestion is some work with the Smart Sharpen Tool might have helped, especially on the masked figure.

This contest is fueled by the following news: One might now wonder if V is for Vendetta the new Matrix. As far as the box office is concerned, that might about be the case. The thrilled, produced by the Wachowski brothers, opened with $26.1 million this weekend, according to studio estimates. That's justa tad bit below the $27.8 million the first Matrix film earned in its opening weekend seven years ago this month. The new flick is set in the futuristic landscape of totalitarian Britain. "V For Vendetta" tells the story of a mild-mannered young woman named Evey who is rescued from a life-and-death situation by a masked vigilante known only as "V." V ends up igniting a revolution when he blow up two important London landmark. He then takes over the government-controlled airwaves. By broadcasting, he urges his fellow citizens to rise up against tyranny and oppression.
