The angle of the face swapped looks warped a bit. Maybe try and find a different face for Uma or a different face altogether.

Nice job on masking and color matching. I think her face looks too distorted and it is hard to recognize it as Uma. It is always best to find a face that has the same perspective when doing face swaps.

I agree with the above comments. Maybe do another search and find an image of Uma Thurman that has a perspective close to the source pic and it will be much better. But nice job on color matching and blending.

Colour match is great, it is a shame the face has been distorted. Like the others said, try and find a pic that is the same angle, not easy I know but there are nearer matches available. Try Superior pics.com

The masking is great and the color tones are really good, but you should really find another picture for the face swap. Try www.skins.be, it's a great site for finding high res. female celeb pictures

All excellent critiques. Skintones are spot on, but I agree...the face seems distorted & out of perspective. Like Uma is chin up, while the original is chin down.
