| Residents of California will soon begin seeing advertisements urging them to support the concept of helping foreign born citizens like their Governor, Arnold Schwarzenegger, to have the chance to run for president. The cable television ads are calling for a change to the U.S. Constitution which limits the presidency only to those people who actually were born in the U.S.A. The California Governor was born in Switzerland and became a U.S. citizen in 1983.
