| Iran has been gripped by flying saucer fever. There have been dozens of sightings over the course of the past few days. Cartoons of spacecraft have been featured on the front pages of newspapers. Iranian state television showed a white disc that was said to have been filmed flying over Tehran on Tuesday night. Other UFOs, with stunning green, red, purple and blue beams of light shooting downward, were said to have been seen in Ardebil and Tabriz in northern Iran.
