| A photograph has been posted on a website that purports to be a kidnapped U.S. soldier. Doubts quickly have been raised about the authenticity of the photo and the U.S. government is saying that no soldiers are reported missing at this time. A children's toy manufacturer in the U.S. says that the image in the photo looks rather like one of that company's action figures. The company’s toy initially was produced for sale at U.S. military bases in Kuwait. The soldier was said to have been kidnapped by the Mujahedeen Brigades. However, the text that was posted along with the photo appeared to be poorly written and not like other postings when a real kidnapping had occurred. |
