It's a brilliant chop, but there's something about the head which makes it seem not like Tom Cruise. I think it's the hair - it's too dark for Tom (whose hair color far from black), plus it's somewhat curly, unlike Cruise's hair which is straight. EDIT: Hair in edited version looks like Tom Cruise's - great job.
