| | The Titan probe has taken photographs on Titan, Saturn's largest moon. In addition, the probe has picked up what appears to be a low and whooshing sound through its on-board audio system. The moon is 900 million miles across the solar system from Earth. The data that returned to Earth Saturday from Titan revealed a pale orange landscape with a spongy surface that appears to be covered by a thin crust. It has been described as looking like wet sand or wet clay. Scientists from the European Space Agency were excited about the success of the mission to date.
