Whichever tool you used to cover up the eyes doesn't work very well. It removes all of the texture and detail of the skin. Try using a patch of skin from another spot or adding some noise to add texture.

The eye is also a bit too high up on the forehead.

I like the tilting of the eye, but agree with nielsdb. The eye could be sharper. And perhaps add some red hue to the skin tones.

If the eye was situated like it should be instead of being turned around, then this might be considered a beautiful picture.
