A movie “The Brave One” with Judy Foster in leading role was box office hit in North America for 14-16 September weekend, reports Associated Press. The movie of a woman revenging her foes earned 14 million dollars for three days in theatres. Leader of the last week - a western genre with Russell Crowe “3:10 to Yuma”, was pushed back to second position. In a single weekend, Brave One earned around 9.2 million dollars and as on 16th September, the total collection was 28.5 million dollars in American Premiers, comedy Mr Woodcock (9.1 million for the weekend) and fantasy action genre film Dragon Wars (5.4 million), occupied the third and fourth positions. Teenagers comedy film “Super bad” sealed the fifth position of block-buster films by making 5.2 million dollars for the weekend. Total collection of the film at the end of August stood at 111.3 million dollars when the total production cost was mere 20 million dollars.
