Add chin shadow on the neck. Consider how the shadow of the arm falls on the body, the same angle and intensity. Just trying to help with the realism.

Still think the head needs to be a little bit bigger. I'd shift/tilt it a little to the right too (literally), and make that chin shadow darker.

Actually her head is the right size, this is just a sad optical illusion caused by the use of oversized ... implants
