Ah. I see now. At first, I thought the egg was hovering right behind the robots, but now I see that it is far in the background.

I thought the same thing at first, but then realized that the big egg acts like a very wide angle fisheye lens. Check how small the reflection is for the people standing right next to the egg. Given Arnold's distance from the egg, you would barely, if ever, see his reflection.
