Contest Directions: Photoshop this teddy bear image any way you wish. Examples may include changing its shape, merging the teddy bear with some other object or animal, including the teddy bear in paintings. These are just some ideas.
You have 3 days to submit your entry. Submitting it early will give you plenty of time to read the critique comments and edit your image accordingly.
Many thanks to Lyina for the idea, and to Stock Exchange for providing the source image.
THE BACK HALF OF THE PEN POT NEEDS TO BE ADJUSTED TO MATCH THE NECK LINE. GOOD CONCEPT.
I think I have corrected it, thank you for the advice.
A nice entry. Your pen sources could be a bit sharper than what you are currently using.
For extra points, I would rotate the head about 15 degrees to the left to account for the curved base and adjust the shadow accordingly [radial shadow that is darker and closer on the left side but lighter and tapered away on the right side of the bear head].

This contest is fueled by the following news: Teddy bear - One of the most famous type of toys in XX century and in
the beginning of XXI century: toy bear is made of soft stuffed
material. In western Europe and America, it is popular mainly in the
name of "Teddy bear" or in German "Teddybär", traditionally associated
with the name of US President Theodore Roosevelt. In Russia, the name
"Plush Bear" consolidated although not all the toy bears of this type
are made of plush these days.
In the beginning of 20th Century, bears of various European and
American firms (production before Second World War) were considered
popular collector items.
Recently (End of 20th - beginning of 21st Centuries), teddy bears of
the "MeToYou" company gained significant popularity. They are
conventionalized under toys "Found on garret". Distinguishing features
of these toys are artificial patches and also stitched gaps.
