Mr. Housing Bubble "offers: a free balloon mortgage inside each package. However, the smiling pink house shaped bubble also warns that if it pops, the consumer is "screwed." A disclaimer at the bottom reads that Mr. Housing Bubble is not associated with Mr. Internet Bubble. Anthony Phipps, communications director of the company that produces these T-shirts, said that hundreds of the $20 shirts have sold since they went on sale last week.
