Elton John and David Furnish have become parents. The couple's son, Zachary, was born via surrogate in California on Christmas Day.
"We are overwhelmed with happiness and joy at this very special moment. Zachary is healthy and doing really well, and we are very proud and happy parents," John and Furnish said in a statement. Surrogate babies are becoming common among gay couples. There are even agencies that hook up surrogates for gay couples. Gay singer Ricky Martin had twins born via surrogate arranged by one of such agencies.
If a gay couple wants a baby they have two choices - either adopt, or have a surrogate baby. Let's help them make surrogate babies today. Take any two celebrities of the same gender, and show what their surrogate baby would look like if the baby's right face half was taken from the first celebrity and the baby's left face half from the second celebrity. Remember the "parents" have to be of the SAME gender - so either male-male baby, or female-female babies please! Also, please provide the names of baby "parents" either in your titles or creator's comments.
