| | A freak accident in Australia resulted in a bot losing a foot and both of his hands. In the aftermath, doctors embarked on a unique operation to simultaneously attach the foot and both hands. Ten year old Terry Vo lost his hands and his foot when a brick wall supporting a basketball goal broke apart when he made a slam dunk during a birthday party in Perth. The sharp brick edges and a broken metal rain cutter cut off the hands and foot. The surgery was performed at the Princess Margaret Hospital for Children. |
