This is great. But the lighting on the hat and baton is throwing it off. They should be more lit from the left side of the pic, not the front. And the baton should be casting a shadow.

i seen this earlier but now this is looks more realistic...one more thing can i request from the author to change the 'S' symbol from his belt to a more real police symbol.(in my own opinion).like the adding shadow.
