          SACRAMENTO,California--In America, it has long been held that there is a sacred bond between the United States Government, and the People of the United States.

          That bond is the unbendable document called the Constitution of the United States, and, as I am about to embark, this bond has been broken by the Corruption of Our Central Bodies of Government, Executive, Legislature, Judiciary, Agency, and the Press.
          This means that while Americans have been kept busy with the non-essential, info-tainment of the Press, both Print and Broadcast, these bodies along with all key positions in the Government of the United States, have been subverted and replaced with loyalist Felons and Street Prostitutes as legitimate Journalists, Political Appointees, Judges, and even Entertainment Personnel.

          This means that along with the Silent Subversion of the 1st Amendment of Our Constitution, a facade of disinformation has cloaked the atrocity with unfounded fears of the necessity to increase the National Security risks assessed to convince the Citizens of the United States that loss of their personal freedoms, restriction on travel, and the production of “Fake News” in warranted to maintain the Secrecy of the Criminal Enterprise Our Government has become.

          I became aware of this situation in quite an unconventional manner.

          As I have described over the past 8 years, to United States Government agencies including the Department of Defense, Department of Justice, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Congress, the United States Senate, and News Media alike, without material response, I met over 150 Pimps, Prostitutes, and Individuals involved in criminal acts in the related to the before mentioned street crimes on the streets of Sacramento, California during the late 1980’s and early 1990’s.

          Since my involvement with these persons over a 7 year period, 2 of the persons involved in narcotics use and prostitution have become Presidents of the United States of America.

          With the addition of a First Lady, a Supreme Court Justice, State Senator, City Mayor, and County District Attorney of Sacramento, there are nearly 150 persons that have been placed, appointed, hired, or infiltrated into the Newsrooms of America.
          One could look at this as a miracle of some great proportion, but in fact, the pattern sings of racketeering, espionage, and the criminal manipulation of All Avenues of Control and Command of the United States Government and the Media.

          And, after engaging in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America ...I find this UN-Acceptable!
          The Red ‘X’ Society was formed as an Idea, to redress this wrong, and hold those accountable for this Horrific Tragedy of United States Government Miss-Management, and urge All Americans to display the Red ‘X’ until this matter is resolved in accordance with the written word of the U.S. Constitution.

This contest is fueled by the following news: Music (In the Greek language, Μουσική from μούσα — musa) is variety of art of implementing ideological and emotional content in sound images. Rise of musical art: In a historical context in general, the development of music is non separable from the active development of the sense capabilities of the human being — the process of the acoustical perception of music material by the human being in changing cultural conditions is the most fundamental level of the history of music. Within the primitive syncretism art, which contains also the sources of dance and poetry, music was lacking many qualities which become dominating later. In the early stages of folklore from different nations, the musical sound was instable in respect of height and continuous from speech articulation. The melody often corresponds to the totality of the glissando of rises and declines (ecmelica) combining the contrast of height zones in a rhythmic order depending on the rhythm of verbal text and dance. However this primary sound height contrast has already provided emotional expressiveness owing to the initial link of musical modulation with the psyco-physiological condition of people, with words, plastic movements; owing to the inclusiveness of music playing into the mode of life, into the process of work and into rituals (folk music). The consistency of these links generating the primary musical genres yields to the stabilization of heights (and, as a result to their fixing in a specific harmony). Thereby in the public musical consciousness, the height of sound is separated from the tone of the voice and speech articulation; the category of the beloved has appeared. Sound scales and melodies based on them occur. The sound height fixed in the musical harmony assumes the development of acoustical skills (musical audition), special musical memory holding the position of sound in a height range with respect to the other sounds. On acquiring the accurate height intonation it becomes capable of a more wide and differential image sense. It, from one side, acts as a trace of their earlier value retained in the intonation formula linked with the context of music playing, with the primary genre. The action of dance movement, ritual situations and other types of art on intonation retains in the professional creativity. At the same time, music in some genre directions gradually gets freed from the direct dependency from the word and the domestic or ritual context. Intonation elements and their organizing rules (harmony, (musical shape)) acquire logical self-dependence and a self historical life, though multi valued links where word and social context is retained in a symbolic-associative shape. Autonomous musical language, which is capable of expressing simultaneously the certainty of worry and the totality of ideas, occurs. What is music today? With the appearance in the 20th century with such styles like atonality, dodecaphony, aleatorica, happening, out understanding about music has changed significantly. Musical structures, which determined the language of classical music, have been destroyed. New stylistic directions, where the initial music material untraditionally organized sound and rhythm has started acting as an art work, promoted to expand the conception of music. It got the epoch making determination of modern by separating from classical (music from 17-19 вв.) and old (music of ancient and medieval Europe). Now not only "musical sound", "interval" or "timbre" are related to elements of musical structure but also "sound", "cluster", "creak", "cry", "footfall" and many other sound events of art and natural origin. Apart from the specified, the absence of sounding i.e. – the pause, silence also becomes treated as music. The interest of some European and American musicians to the meditative – religious practices of the East, their study of philosophy of Jainism, Buddhism, Islam, Hinduism, affected the theosophical concepts of understanding the nature of music and were reflected. The modern understanding of music is formed in the multi cultural space, by adding our knowledge about different cultural media, stratums, traditions and where music is present compulsorily. Wide inter cultural exchange possibilities are used not only by the musical artifacts (compositions, instruments, studies, conceptions, musicians, equipment etc) but also by different spiritual valuables of the common cultural order, which affect the "musical process sphere" of the nature of the human being, like his capability to sense – emotional experiences, long psychological condition, mechanical motion and the motion of the soul, to thinking and speech. All cultural differences of these processes, which are know to us today in the geographical and historical field of world cultures and civilizations, effect significantly on modern musical practices, on the creation and playing of music and on the understanding about what music is. Profiles of the new global culture draw today a tendency not only to the uniformity and uniqueness of musical events occurring around the globe, but also to their variety and non-repeatability in the same forms of displayed or non-displayed sounding by human beings. It is accepted to divide the music into secular and spiritual. The basic area of spiritual music is religious (the ancient to the existing present – music of Buddhist ritual). The development of the European musical theory of musical letters, musical pedagogic are related with European cultural music (generally called Church). With respect of the execution means, music is divided into vocal (singing), instrumental and vocal-instrumental. Generally music is combined with choreography, theater art and cinema.
