A good effort but when you use text within an image, especially when English may not be your first language, it can really do more harm than good to your work. Your chosen theme really didn't allow you much of a choice when it came to text as one would expect to see text on this type of a product. In terms of layout and with the exception of the text around the circular path, the remaining elements are well positioned.

Well, you have replaced your previous entry entirely so please disregard my previous comments. I'm not sure what you are trying to achieve with the overall composition but the text on the top sign needs distorting to align with the sides of the sign.
