|  Berlin police announced on Monday that they arrested a couple of men. The men were suspected of placing soccer balls they had filled with stones throughout the city -- and then encouraged people to kick the balls. At least two of the passersby who kicked the balls ended up injured. The rock filled balls were chained to various lampposts or trees with signs that read "Can You Kick It?" A 26 and a 29 year old man were arrested. They maintained a workshop in their apartment in which they made the stone or rock filled soccer balls. The men are now charged with dangerous obstruction of traffic, causing serious personal injury to others and causing injury through their negligence. |
