Ah, Bouguereau's Lady Maxwell. You've added a necklace and microphone which both look good. It seems like there is a tad too much shadow across her face, especially the highlighted side of the nose. The earlobe on her left looks fuzzy compared to the original. Overall though nice matching of the painters style.
