Stars and Clouds
Contest Directions: Once I've read that "sky is a clean sheet where God paints with stars and clouds". In this contest you are asked to do exactly this - create shapes, objects and messages (commercial or not) in the sky with stars, galaxies, constellations or clouds. (Using paintings is allowed.)

This contest is fueled by the following news: Southwest Florida is in for a spectacular parade of celestial sights this summer. Night sky watchers in Southwest Florida will be able to see planets , star clusters, more than a dozen constellations with their naked eyes this summer, according to Moe Mollen, the president of the Southwest Florida Astronomical Society. In July, one meteor shower will reach its peak and another such display will just be getting started. One of the easiest points of interest in the night sky will be what is known as the Summer Triangle. The Summer Triangle actually is a so-called asterism which is made up of one star from each of three constellations. The stars are Altair, Vega, and Deneb. The points will form an almost perfect right triangle. People in Southwest Florida will also be able to clearly see the southern night sky as well. They will be able to see Scorpius and Sagittarius, which are said to mark the center of our galaxy. Michael Bakich, an editor of Astronomy magazine, has said these events and visuals are lawn chair astronomy. He indicated that the best time to take in these nocturnal sky objects is between eleven o'clock at night and midnight. It is suggested that people get out their binoculars, scan the skies and enjoy the show.
