need masking in front of the nose, also play around with some of the art filters and give it a cartoony feel love Spongebob

thanx but tha problem is i dont kno how to give a cartoony feel and i dont kno wat masking does since i dont use it.

I don't think it's a masking problem, I'm sure it's Patrick Starfish's home in front on his nose. Maybe this tutorial could give you an idea on masking. This is really a cute pic.

Idea is nice but if I were you I'd really see to learn something about masking. Too bad your cut off all the details on his back and the tail.
