Thanks for plugging the link. The hat can be made a bit sharper to match the head. Also due to light source on the hat, head and suit/shirt need to be shadowed.

It seems to me like there should be a shadow cast on his face by that big old hat.

more focus on source of light and shadow, this little thing really need to outstand an artwork.

Big improvement after the edit. I would only soften the shadow egde from the hat on the face.
