Blue sky would be an improvement as it would show up the snow more.

, nice work. If I were to offer a critique, it would be that the sun/brightness on the statue is intense where the light on the snow seemes very diffused. Maybe darken the statue a bit so her shadows seem to match the intensity of your climbers shadow. Beautiful Entry. Great thinking & source hunting.
