This is nicely done. My only suggestion for an improvement (and more authenticity) would be to shorten the sleeve and show Cici's stubby little paw sticking out.

nice using of photoshop filter. i only notice is your shadow, the source of light is came from top and front and yet you put your shadow on her right, it should be somewhere their. (my opinion only).
