Very well drawn, but... I have a hunch it was pre-made.
Great idea, and technically a nice job, but it somehow looks like the whole head is spherically covered with hair. Perhaps add some ears and/or receding hairline close to forehead to make it look more realistic.

The white on the bottom of the sphere is horizontal but since the reflected image would be distorted, this should curve downward. The addition of the ears definately helps.

Mirror Mirror on the wall, is that hair upon the..uh.. ball.
