Absolutely stunning -- Bouguereau wouldn't have done it better.

Good skin tone matching, though maybe a bit too much contrast. Also, more yellow-magenta with the shadow color balance would match the body better, and maybe a tad more noise. Two other small suggestions: Soften the side edges of the face to achieve the same soft edge as the body (the blur tool works good for this). The shadow under the neck could match the texture and angle of the shadows on the body better, for example the shadow under the left arm.
