Sack racing is a competition in which each participant sinks both his feet in a sack and jumps from starting point to finish line. The participant who reaches the finish line first is announced as the winner. Sack racing is traditionally considered as a type of sport for children and teenagers. In schools, sack racing is often conducted on special sports days along with other unconventional sports competitions such as the egg and spoon race.
