This contest is fueled by the following news: Retro (Also retro style; from the Latin: Retro "back", "addressing something in the past", "retrospective") an adequately abstract artistic-historic term used to describe various categories of ancient things, having certain cultural and-or material value and as a rule, rarely encountered in modern daily life with its significant practicality and tendency to avoid from "additional" details. Today you can find many websites dedicated to "retro" items. Usually these items come from the years of the 40's up to the 70's, ranging from things such as kitchenware, old toys, clothing etc to retro television shows and old hand held games Some people scour eBay looking for items to add to their "retro collections". Some just to relive things they loved in the past and others to try and collect defining collections of a certain type of item or items from a particular year in history. In regards to "retro" television series form the past, the advent of the DVD has made the collection of such shows much easier. Many of the classic early television shows from the 50's through to the 70's have been making their way onto DVD.
