Face transplants which are applied to angular sources always stand out from the rest of the entries as you really need a good eye to maintain perspective and balance in achieving a successful integration. Very well executed. Only critique I can see is the area to the left of the left eyebrow. I think that this needs to be masked just a little closer to the face as the eyebrows are not very prominent on the source image.
